It's no laughing matter. It's a good fight and not a guaranteed win for Crawford. It would also be a money maker for him, especially if he is willing to fight overseas.

Can't see this happening broner has proven time after time that he can't make 140, lost his paper belt on the scale then lost a chance to grab the belt again because he can't make it. He's a welterweight. He also has more options for big fights at welterweight then to face Crawford at 140. So if you going to lose why not make more money and lose at 147 against those guys instead of crawford. Best fight I see for broner is Danny garcia or khan. Outside that he can fight Thurman, spence/brook winner or loser, Pacquiao, Bradley.

idk why these folks think Broner who fought marcos maidana who had like a 90% KO ratio or somethin close to that at the time they fought is going to get stopped like they think he victor ortiz or somethin' broner is NOT a "easy" fight for crawford STYLES MAKE FIGHTS. i look at this fight as if its a sugar ray leonard v tommy hitman hearns or a floyd mayweather v zab judah of this generation type of fight broner knocked down shawn porter in the 12TH round his power STAYS with him through out the fight he may be faster than crawford and IF he can make 140 his power is above average
