        They know not to get to far down in weight so the spar session won't be in a drained state, thats when you cause health problems. You can't spar when weak!
        The last week they'll shed the extra 4-6 pounds then re hydrate right after the scales close.

        I don't see this kids talent or lack of defeating Canelo but if he's in top condition and his punches can "move" Canelo then he could present a problem. Interesting!

          Smart man. And 169 would be a GREAT weight to be at 1 week from the fight. Holy sht he's got some good ppl looking out for him. He must realize this is a make or break career type of fight...
