He did the same with Charlo.

I didn't mean to avoid your question either. If you go by the 'eye test' Andrade looks like the better fighter but is he really that much better?

To me Andrade is clearly the better fight. He's the more expererienced fighter and with Canelo and Charlo moving up it would be for the lineal title to establish "The Man" at 154. It's the best fight to make in the division.

Hurd holds a paper title because Jermall Charlo moved up in weight. He is still pretty much an unproven fighter. And he was losing and needed a come from behind KO against an unranked fighter.

I mean, I get where you're coming from and I agree but I, personally, would not be disappointed if he fought Hurd over Andrade. Like I said, neither one looked better than the other in their last fight and Andrade was already offered the fight with Lara beofre. We all know he rejected it.

Agree. Wasn't impressed. He clearly won, but it wasn't one of those performances that justify the **** that's been coming out of his mouth.

Which is weird because none of the other sanctioning bodies recognize the WBA regular champion if there is a super champion above him. Yet they still dropped him?

So he is Amir Khan at 154 basically! I'm a fan I'm always quick to defend Cubans against the HATE but this is complete BS because he blew smoke about how he called Haymon to make the Andrade Fight for this Summer and now look at this BS. WBA should step in and Order it, enough is enough! Fan of BOTH but sick of hearing how nobody wants to fight either and how either can't land a big fight. Well fight each other!

Yeah and no clue why. Neither make sense. I mean he was the WBO champ, granted he was stripped, but to just be removed from the rankings is absurd. The WBC is a head scratcher as well considering they just gave him the #3 ranking here a while back so he could be apart of their 154 tournament.
