golovkins team is so sneaky and based on keeping everything in the dark that protects golovkin as "god" so wouldn't surprise me if he injured something bad in that jacobs fight & can't do the saunders fight right now. that jacobs fight was much much more tougher then golovkin fans would ever say.Comment

Warren is lying. GGG isn't injured and nobody from his side ever said he was in injured. Saunders has a history of being afraid to fight GGG and that hasn't changed.If GGG was injured Boxing Scene Top Headlines would say so and they haven't said he was injured.Comment

Sounds like it's probably a delay tactic while they continue negotiations for the Canelo fight. If that's the case, it might be good signs for Canelo v GGG.
Considering De La Hoya said GGG fighting Saunders might affect negotiations, they might be using this excuse to hold off Saunders for a while. From what i know, they already have a deal agreed for GGG v BJS, so they can just hold him off with an injury excuse, see if the Canelo negotiations are going well but if it looks like a no go, then they can just sign the deal they had in place with Saunders, just at a later date and different venue probably.Last edited by deathofaclown; 04-07-2017, 04:52 PM.Comment
