I don't know for sure but "Cletus" leads the mind to wander. Though, I'd expect his failed test to be for moonshine.

20.2 to 1 on Testosterone? Is that a boxer record lol? Think Lamont Peterson was only like 6 or 8 to 1 iirc. This mfers balls were growing balls.

Respect to the WBC. Seems like this should get a longer than 6 month suspension doe. Plus can he still fight like Povetkion or are US commissions gonna go along with the WBC suspension?

Nah, some dude was tested with like 42:1 in Nevada. The hearing was quite funny, he was asked when he injected the last time before the fight and he wanted them to believe it was a week before. The commission was suprised, it's practically impossible to inject that much but later he said it was just after the weigh-in.

6 months for testosterone is way too low.

Another interesting thing is their argumentation with the T/E-ratio. VADA was advertised to always use CIR, but that is not mentioned here....

Who needs anti-doping protocols when you can fake injuries and load up on Toradol minutes before a fight. I mean... a 30 minute fight.. football players wished their training practices only lasted that long when on it... wait..
