Style wise and Punch stats, how do you compare Kovalev dropping Ward once vs Pac dropping Marquez 3 times?

Is it hard to believe that Ward vs Kova was a close fight?

well pac dropped marquez 3 times so he did 3 times better. on the other hand ward clinched kov 300 times so he did 300 times better than marquez.

Holy hell those fights are nothing alike. Got knocked down three times in the first round and fought himself to a draw with a broken nose against one of the greatest offensive fighters of all time, without clinching, without having to dive his head to his opponents head and had to work his way what he can with his counter punching. Andre Ward on the other hand with all the dirty tactics still goto ut boxed.
