Damn not much progress dropping the weight yet. Keep at it champ! You got fans in the U.S too Tyson! We got faith in you! Just teach yourself to stay disciplined year round, don't balloon up in weight between fights, and your career and your long term health will both be much better. I know food tastes good but once you get used to a healthy diet after a week or two, you won't even crave the sugar that much anymore, or other junk food. It's just the first week that your body gets cravings.

Keep up the good work Tyson! Stay positive and be careful about psych drugs if they try to put you on them without unbiased cause! They can have long term negative affects so unless you really, really need them, just be wary of biased, corrupt, or incompetent doctors is all I'm saying. I would get a second and third opinion.
