I made this post to try to make a case that maybe Horn is a better opponent than the versions of Margarito, Rios and Mosley Pac fought. But i'm not even sure. Pac's worst opponent in the last 10 years has to be between these 4. Rios coming off a loss to Alvarado, Margarito coming off a brutal TKO off of Mosley/1.5 year layoff, Mosley coming off a loss to Mayweather and a draw to Mora.

When Vargas and Algieri outshines an opponent on your resume, you know he's bad.
