I'm still not quite sure. I got home and turned it on when the fight had just ended. All 3 cards were for De Alba, one wide and two close and then the announcers said something about one of the judges "falling ill" and leaving in the middle of the fight. Unfortunately I didn't see what actually happened and haven't heard anything else about it. I'm just as curious to find out what the hell happened and how they continued scoring one of the cards.Comment

Thanks for replying, buddy! I tried googling didnt find anything about this. I wonder how something like this is normally handled. In baseball, football, etc., they have available substitute officials, I would imagine. Probably they have a "substitute" judge available to fill in, who just continued the original judge's scorecard? I'm just guessing, of course, but I imagine this would have come up at Some Time, in The 100+ Years of Boxing!I'm still not quite sure. I got home and turned it on when the fight had just ended. OK y'all, in case anyone missed, here's The Fight:
It's in Spanish, so I couldn't understand the commentary, but in any case, I finally got to see It since I missed Last Night. I had It 5-2 Edner Cherry, with 3 rounds even. And I really had to stretch to give Omar Douglas those 2 rounds that I did. I didnt see him land much. I was rooting for Omar Douglas, I like him, but he simply did not Win This Fight (in my eyes anyway). I can't really argue with the decision.Comment
