Chavez would've stopped Barrera, easy. All it took was pressure, and Juarez didnt make Barrera fight enough. Chavez would've eaten him alive.

Barrera didn't look himself for much of the fight; that doesn't bode well for a weight-class up and an opponent always coming forward. I'd like to think he could have adapted, though...

chavez's pressure and action takes barrera but it goes the distance with barrera looking like he has facial edema by the end of the night

on a side note it's too bad a fight with jaun diaz and barrera never happened as it could've produced a larger following and belief in the baby bull who i think could take barrera on youth alone

          Chavez Would Have Won
          He Throws To Many Punches
Barerra Good At Countering But His Footwork Doesnt Allow Him To Quickly Get Out Of The Way Of Bull Like Chavez Who Would Be Able To Deal With Barerra Power So He Wouldnt Be Shy About Rushing Him And Smoothering Him

Hopefully Chavez won't be affected by what happened in his previous fight.

If Chavez isn't gunshy because of what happen to Johnson? Chavez by late stoppage.

If he is? Barrera by decision.

I believe it's going to be Chavez getting the victory.
