do they? strange, i would of thought the fact ward got outlanded and outjabbed in every single round (bar 1?) is slightly more conclusive evidence

That's why ward clearly lost the 10th and 12th roundsIf that's the game plan, then he's playing to Ward's strengths. Like others have already said, it seemed like Ward had Krusher pretty well figured towards the end of the fight and had made the necessary adjustments. Can Krusher adjust to Ward's adjustments? If he's too heavily focused on the kill, Ward will pot shot him all night and get the boring decision.Comment

At the Kovaleva's fanboys...
F* you all & STFU now! everything you said and will say is BS! I told you that Ward will take the rematch and I tell you that he will win by UD! like I said that he will fight Kovalev at 175 and that he will win!
You said
1. Ward is a coward, he will never fight Kova
2. Ward is a coward, he will never sign the contract to fight Kova
3. Ward is a coward, he will make a last minute excuse to not be in the ring with Kova
4. Ward is too soft, he will be destroyed and stopped by Kova
5. Ward is a coward, he will not take the rematch
In ALL of you predictions you were WRONG at 100%! and I was and I'm right at 100%! so...

Well... I won't compare these two in the sense that GGG-Ward at 168 wasn't the best fight for either of them at the time. However, the fact that Ward is rematching Kov after the controversial decision and GGG didn't rematch Jacobs after his contentious decision does distinguish Ward from GGG in that regard.
To be honest, I think the win over Kov did more for Ward's legacy than beating GGG at 168. Despite what some P4P rankings indicate, Ward is a level above GGG in my opinion and a win over GGG wouldn't do too much for his legacy. The fight never really appealed to me and I think neither fighter really wanted the fight enough to make it happen. These things tend to work themselves out...Comment
