That's a great question. After New York and Los Angeles, Chicago is the 3rd largest U.S. City with a large population of hispanics. They should be getting fights too. I've wondered about this sometimes.

Conlan should fight as much as he can, with his amateur background he can step up early.

I'm in Chicago and they're aren't many big prospects here. Easter and broner would make more money if they promoted themselves here but they don't. Polish fighters fight here but we can't get regional talent ( Detroit fighters, Ohio fighters, St. Louis fighters, even Crawford which is a stretch) they'd rather sell out moderate venues in smaller cities

If their looking to showcase him in front of large Irish community's, why not put him on in Belfast or Dublin?
