His offer was in response to something Floyd said and was basically his posturing in response to Mayweather's.

He wasn't serious and said so shortly afterwards.

GreyBumpkin, on the other hand, has campaigned for almost half a decade with "anyone in 3 or 4 weightclasses"

This, while managing to only fight in one weightclass.
