That would actually be the worst thing for GGG because then he don't get paid. That's like saying if your pacman I hope maidana knocks out Floyd and then Manny could fight maidana. Sure and Manny wouldn't of made half the money in the process. LMAO Canelo is the cash cow NOT chavez. GGG/Canelo makes GGG more money and bigger chance to cross over then GGG/Chavez. Sergio already proved you dont become a star by beating chavez so did fonfara.

Plus if chavez wins very likely they go into a direct rematch and both guys make more money the second fight where GGG left waiting till next year. The irony of GGG fans rooting for canelo to lose is that is worst case scenario for GGG. GGG needs to pray canelo keeps winning so he can land that fight and he is the one to beat canelo and reap the rewards.

The most I think about this one. This might be a tough fight for Canelo. He's gonna outbox Jr, that's a given. But Jr is a naturally bigger man that can punch and take a punch. If he stays in Canelo's grill, working the body. This fight could play out kinda like Margarito-Cotto I.
