A Canelo fight would be fun.
Where should Eubank go from here?

Your assumption that ward and bellew will still be active in 2 years time...or that canelo will still be able to make 168 in 3 years from now negates whatever started out as good in your thread. The only thing likely true is that eubank will stay fighting domestic level englishmen for the next few years..and will likely hold onto the title he won as nobody really cares about it or could be bothered to fight for it.Comment

He just needs to fight. I've watched him since his pro debut and he's had 1 good opponent that whole time. Between inactivity and poor direction from his dad, he's been a waste of talent. If he had a clue, he'd tell pops that he needs to further his development under someone else's guidance. The drama might even give his career a new spark (media-wise).Comment

Lol, whut?? You think Canelo is going to be too big to cut down to 168 in 3 years? Are you attending the Maxi school of sport science??Your assumption that ward and bellew will still be active in 2 years time...or that canelo will still be able to make 168 in 3 years from now negates whatever started out as good in your thread. Canelo, a 5'9", light heavyweight.

Mike Tyson was a 5'11 heavyweight undisputed champ. Canelo's build is similar to Mike's so theoretically, at 5'8/5'9 Canelo should be able to fight at light heavy.Comment

I love how boxing fans take 1 in a million rarities and apply them to all boxers. Tommy Hearns was a 6'1 welterweight so Kovalev has zero excuses for not fighting there, right??

He can't plan ahead until he gets pen. So somebody buy him one for birthday.
But other than that he is talented and will do well.
