Which one of these guys gets their shot first in each case?(AJ win or Wlad win) and is this before or after a Wilder/Parker unification?

Pulev gets Joshua first obviously. He's been KTFO. But I don't see Wladimir bothering with him again.

No one wants to fight Ortiz.

if Joshua, I think he will chose Pulev next or rematch with Klitschko.

But I rather see Wilder or Ortiz get the shoot. Pulev had his before and fail.
