There shouldn't be any shame getting outboxed by Crawford - he's a supreme talent at 140, and would be at 147 too. He's just a great fighter.

Doesn't mean Postol wasn't as good as we thought when he fought Crawford - just Crawford was better.

He was undefeated before that fight, and a world champion. He should have the chance to come back and fight for a title again, or at least a fairly significant fight against a top-10 guy.

That being said, I haven't heard a word about what he's about to do next.

      I agree. No shame.
I was a fan of Postol and will proudly say I still am. The pro-Eastern Euro crowd jumped off the bandwagon after that L. Fuq em. I hope to see Postol get back in there soon. No shame in losing to Crawford.

I've not bothered watching a Terence Crawford fight since his fight with Victor Postol, I just really ain't interested in someone who isn't willing to put on a show, I think Postol is in the same position that Crawford is in, nobody really appreciates TC on a global stage same as Postol, but TC will get some credits and blind looks because of his nationality, but in all honesty both of them are garbage for boxing.
You're a moron. That is all

I thought I heard someone (Steve Kim?) say that TR had options on him & TR has no plans to do anything with him/can't get anything for him so Postol is just waiting out the clock til he can walk.

Sadly this sorta sh^t seems standard these days. I think a promoter should either be making a fight for a guy or the guy can walk. A athletes career is to short to lose a random 1 year period without competing.

I've been telling Postol is a bum BEFORE the fight with Crawford, so it's amusing to hear how some people try to hype him as some kind of elite win. No chances against Crawford, that's what I've said from the beggining. Go ahead and tell me he was ELITE

41% KO ratio, next to non-existent amateur experience, injured overrated brawler Matthysse is the only good win. Facts, not my wishful thinking

I said it before I'll say it again, Postol was a one fight wonder and I also said something else, beating Matthysse aint that difficult. Garcia cracked Matthysses heart, Molina damaged it further, Postol broke it. Matt was nothing more than a one trick bully who coasted off of ethnic biased fans and some decent KOs early in his career.

Postol beat him at a time when he was done and got way too much hype for his own good. NOw that he's lost, he brings nothing to the table, he isnt a puncher, he isnt particularly exceptional in any other facet and he isnt even american.

I was out there too saying this. It should have been obvious to anybody not having a nationalistic agenda. Though whatever fans he has left should be concerned if he doesn't at least schedule a fight in the next 2 months. He'd be pushing up against a year of inactivity.

                      Nobody misses Postol the bum

his only achievement was beating a shot to ****, unmotivated Matthyse, Postol was never close to being elite.

boring af to watch too, like a mediocre version of Wlad but without power.

Crawford is overrated if his best W is this chump
