I said that I saw enough holes in Lomachenko's "flawless" victory over Jose Ramirez in his debut to say that Salido would win. I was right.
The writers on this site got so butthurt about that result that they said Russell would beat Lomachenko. I told them Lomachenko would clown and embarrass Russell. I was right.
Lomachenko better be careful what he asks for. There's far too many holes in his game that Mikey will exploit. Apart from being a better boxer he is the bigger puncher. Lomachenko takes this fight the only way he leaves is on a stretcher.

I really like that he brought the circumstances in the Salido fight. Mikey was winning the fight, but Salido was starting to pick up the pace late and Mikey bowed out with a broken nose when he felt the temperature start to rise a little bit in those later rounds. Contrast that to Lomachenko. Lomachenko came back strong against Salido and almost stopped him in the final round.

Cute. Salido threw more and still landed almost nothing. Also before the nose ramming sequence Salido got wobbled and nearly goes through the ropes. No way he would've lasted the rest of the fight, but I guess that's all Lomachenko can hang on to since Salido actually beat him.

I think Mikey has a little quit in him. Lomachenko does not.

That won't matter when he gets countered and his face becomes one with the canvas.
