Things just never went right for him as a PRO, seems like it was always something while he watches Anthony Joshua who he was in the Olympics with become a Star as well as others from that 2012 Olympic Classic who are either Champions already or getting ready to fight for a World Championship

*** these ****** ass Fans, fighters need to work on their damn Defense "POTECT YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES! Move your ***ing HEAD! Just seen a guy Saturday on the Undercard of Linares vs Crolla II, I think his name was Marcus Morrison or something like that, OMG some of the worse Defense you will ever seen in boxing. No Head Movement, Reflexes or anything, just stand right in front of Combos being thrown and try to cover up and block them

He said he was having double vision and COULD have been registered blind. Apparently he's had 2 operations but the article does not state after which point (the first fight or one of the ops) that he had this double vision.

The headline is extremely misleading...then again this is boxingscene where people have the IQ of a gnat.

The most pertinent point from the interview is that Ogogo had surgery even though he was warned not to. That is sad.

Or if you take a more sympathetic look... He was just told he can't do something that he's been working at all his life. Now he has to do something else even though everything in life got him to this point in boxing. He probably dreamed of making millions and headlining events. An Olympic medal had him on the perfect track. Now all of the sudden he has to try to find a desk job?

Exactly! Most boxers are not college educated, so what job are you even qualified for when the only thing you may can put on your resume is: 2012 Olympic Medalist.

He could try to become a trainer or something.

To be fair, he was an undeserved medalist in a weak division, not like the likes of Audley Harrison or others who at least won their medals in fashion and showed real potential.
