How about also mismatching or odd nicknames and bad real names. Mismatching would be Hector "Macho" Camacho. Nickname never fit. Nor did "Pretty Boy" Floyd who is average looking. And for bad real names, there is a boxer whose full name is Oscar ***s. He is on Boxrec. As to derogatory names, it was after his retirement but everyone knows "Fishnets".
