Does Fury really have a chance against Parker?

I'll be honest I don't think Hughie Fury is that good. In fact I would say he's a pretty average fighter. Now I'm not saying that Parker is a god but he looks to be quite a few levels higher than Fury. What's the 411 on the bizzurp?
