Or maybe you do see it and condone it because you like the way he looks?

What if Abel put out a video saying he was only joking about 154 to 168 ... would you blindly accept that too?

    2012: "I'll fight anybody from 154-168"
2017: Career defining wins are DJ & Brook

2015: "Ward is too scared to fight Kovalev"
2016: "Ward will never rematch Kovalev"

Understand the difference? I don't blindly accept anything, I look for the final product, the final result. Actions speak louder than words.

    • He's too old now. But it would still be competitive unless Sanchez has him boxing.

You're an idiot. Is this fantasy of yours at 164?

          • In a boxing match that is fully enforced under the marques of queensberry rules, GGG would win. Against skillful opponents where Ward is outmatched and out-skilled in BOXING ability, he resorts to NON - boxing maneuvers to win. Those NON - boxing maneuvers aren't BOXING skills, they are NON - boxing skills. Clinching is a wrestling skill, not a boxing skill. Head butting is another non - boxing skill. Elbowing is a muay thai skill and a skill from other martial arts.

Andre Ward is able to use illegitimate, illegal NON - boxing maneuvers to win boxing bouts when he is out-skilled by his opponents in actual boxing abilities, only because the referees and rule enforcers allow him to. The rules are changed and skewed in favor of Andre Ward so that he is able to win, even if means the things he does are against the rules. Rules will temporarily change to suit him.

Let the fight happen in Kazakhstan, or at the very least, outside the USA in a neutral place whilst having the rules fully enforced, then Andre Ward is the one who will be exposed as the boxer who lacks TRUE BOXING SKILLS.

GGG will win by TKO if the rules are 100% enforced. Otherwise, I expect a typical disgusting fight, where Ward gets away with rule bending to his will whilst GGG gets penalized for any little illegal thing he does.

GGG = clean boxer who sticks to the rules of boxing.

Andre Ward = dirty boxer who consistently breaks the rules of boxing.

Why anybody would prefer to support Andre Ward over GGG is beyond me. GGG is good for boxing. He is a humble man. Respects pretty much all of his opponents. Seeks to win his bouts by the largest possible margin (by knockouts), actively taking risks in the process. Is a professional athlete who is consistently active. Willing to compete in a foreign land and earn fans there

On the other hand, Andre Ward is consistently inactive, consistently breaks the rules, seeks to win bouts by the smallest possible margin (doing just about enough to win rounds and subsequently entire bouts), is only willing to compete in his home country and sometimes entirely in his own region (Oakland) and the list goes on....
