Canelo vs Chavez is bigger then anything Golovkin can match with. Infact, Canelo vs Chavez is a much bigger money fight then Golovkin. Golovkin needs to sit back and wait cause at this points his pretty much peanuts to Canelo. If Golovkin care anything about legacy, he would wait and put his whole focus on the top name in the sport then chasing after cracker jack belts. Its obvious GGG doesn't think he will beat Canelo so his just milking his career before cashing out to Canelo.

I didn't call him a hype job because of that asswipe. I called him a hypejob because of rosado, a shot ouma, a shot Rubio, a twice stopped lemiuex that doesn't know wtf a circle is, Monroe, who couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag, geale (who outweighed cotto by who knows how much) and got stopped 1 rd later than gaylovekin's fight with him. It's the fighter who generates more ppv buys, ticket sales, etc. 50/50 would be completely out of the question for Golovkin canelo for instance

Well, it depends on how one looks at it. If they are fighting for legacy, the division is stacked with talent and they are winning all or even most of their fights, it would mean more. The division is not loaded with talent, its very weak.He's hasn't fought for all of the belts (and all of these belts these days are a joke anyway) To get them. Golovkin and his team (honestly more his team) are ******. Period. They just never got that after his first ppv completely flopped, that he was not the star they thought. Once the whole thing with canelo started though, they were trying to show negotiating power they didn't have. They have the belts, save for Saunders yes, and canelo dumped his belt yes, but canelo is still a recognized champ. Ultimately, the Mexican fan base is massive, and Alvarez has 1 official defeat to Mayweather. Hes also got some very good names on his resume. The fact is that canelo holds pretty much all the cards. If I were k2, I wouldn't expect more than a 70/30 split. They really screwed up imo not taking a 15 million dollar deal. I don't think he'll come near that now.

It was such a B*tch move when Canelo was golovkins mandatory,and golovkin gave up the wbc belt like a scared b*tch,killed himself to make 154,and fought the weakest possible champion at that weight. Don't forget that time that Canelo was ready to beat the **** out of ggg at 160,but golovkin said that he was too small for 160,yet goes on to make a fight at 164.5 with Chavez Jr. **** golovkin,right?

GGG should stop chasing the Canelo fight. If he backs out of the June fight then Golden Boy will find another excuse to not fight in Sep. I would rather see GGG fight 3 times a year instead of waiting for Canelo to duck him again
