  • If Juarez had of been undefeated do you think the scorring would have been different?

I think we would have seen a 115-113 split decision FOR Juarez.

    What do you think?

No but i think the juarez fight is old news now and the dumb threeads should cease and more unimaginative and dumb threads should be made about different stuff, in other words back to normal.

could be right, undefeated fighters always get the benifet of the doubt in a close fight, but then again, rocky was in with a ring legend, so i think barrera still would of held more weight.

No. It wouldn't make any difference.

            Keep it real Bro!

Have you not heard this before? If dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all! There is nothing dumb or old in this forum. It is a vehicle for opinions that matter to more than oneself, try to keep it real Bro! If it is not to your taste, check out another "chat room" somewhere else. Peace!

I have yet to see one intelligent post on this site in about 6 months, if there is one posted, people ignore it.
Half the people here don't even know how to use proper english and type gibberish noone can understand.

It feels like to me that Juarez didn't start trying to really hurt MAB until about the 10 round(if he had started earlier IMO he would've possibly won), but when he did start landing uppercuts and hard punches Barrera just kept coming, it was IMO the best fight of '06 so far. Did you notice how everytime Rocky drew blood from his nose Barrera would hit him with like 4 unanswered punches. If Barrera would have won by one or two points(offically), it would have been fair, the draw was also fair, I dont see Juarez winning this fight no matter how you see it. I understand that aggression is major part of the sport but IMHO if it's not more effective then what the other man is doing then it wont sway me, I go for the man who's owning the ring. dont get me wrong Juarez was effective, but it didn't stop Barrera from fighting his fight. and how can a fight that happened 2 days ago be old news, it looks like people are just here to talk about the language and dont give a **** about boxing, that just sad, get a life.

                    No I don't think so.

I believe The judges did a very good job SCORING the fight without bias, it's just the "RETABULATION" of the score cards which came out with the erasures that SUCKS.
