To be fair I think GGG should fight Billy Joe Saunders, Charlo, and Canelo all of those fights mean a lot more than the Ward one

Your words, not mine. But Ward will certainly enter the ring with a size and weight advantage that exceeds that of Jacobs. Funny how the GGG haters insist he move up to fight bigger opponents, but cry foul whenever anyone suggests GGG vs. Floyd at 154. Suddenly GGG is too big and Floyd too small.

After all the flack about DJ's weight coming into the fight with GGG I am sure team Golovkin learned their lesson on the next day weigh in oversight and wont make that mistake again. Being the IBF Champ and honoring their rules of defending their belt regardless of what other belts may be at stake, I am proof positive GGG would have a catch weight/ next day weight stipulation so Ward couldn't come into the ring a full blown Cruiser weight. I would expect the same from Floyd if he were to face GGG.

If you really want to talk legacy, Ward fights Kovalev again. He comes in light and fast and decisions him, then drops down to 168 beats GGG after GGG beats Canelo and there's your legacy. Done.

Not a good move for either guy imo. Andre will be drained and GGG is not a SMW. no matter the outcome, both sides and/or their fans will have excuses. Only reason this would make sense is $$$.
