My bad. I'm just saying moving like that for 12 rounds requires a lot of energy. Especially in the Chavez fight where he was outweighed by so much and Chavez kept coming and coming. He had his flaws but he was just a great, well conditioned athlete

Glad to see all the love for my favourite fighter.

He had the most exciting fights. Started strong, his opponents would get the upperhand in the mid rounds and then he'd kick it into an insane gear to the end for the KO.

Always carried himself respectfully. All heart and skills to match.

Late bloomer and overachiever, but he was the real-deal for the golden moment when he was champ and healthy.

Me too. Those scores were awful. I remember the cintron fight too where he was robbed of a ko then got a bs md... He had some tough luck.

He coasted against macklin and Barker and when he decided to turn it in, he stopped both. Both men were title contenders and mack arguably beat sturm and Barker won the ibf.

He didn't do well against Murray but he didn't lose. Even Murray would tell you that, specifically how he couldn't finish the fight off. For martinez he was already severely past his best.

There's no overeating the best mw of his time.
