I'd like to see Jacobs get another shot early 2018 after a stay busy fight or eliminator.
As for Charlo,he will be competitive at MW. He was a middle weight fighting at Jr. MW. who has the skills and power to get any MW respect.
He (Charlo), could be a dark horse in the division.

A match-up that Charlo is more than prepared for.

Good fight to test the waters. Interested to see how big he looks, and how he looks without a big size/reach advantage.

I think he is skilled enough that it shouldnt matter too much, but you never know.

Well I guess the WBA/WBC are going back on their plans:
WBA, WBC May Establish a Single Mandatory To Unified Champs http://www.boxingscene.com/wba-wbc-e...champs--113194

Charlo isn't ready for Golovkin, even after Heiland. But if no Canelo, and Golovkin decides to drop the IBF & WBO, then Charlo's a fun fight. Not as good as Eubank, Rameriz or DeGale, but fun quality nonetheless.

Jacobs hit GGG with bombs and he barely flinched. I doubt Charlo can hurt him. GGG neck muscles like a tree trunk.

But he sure flinched a lot when that welterweight lifted him off of his feet huh?

The easiest fight to make would be Charlo/Jacobs, but we probably won't get that just like we didn't get Charlo/Lara. It's not like Charlo and Jacobs have some relationship that will hinder them from fighting each other.

I don't think Charlo/Jacobs would be easy to make at all. Look at the hassell Haymon's gone through to make fights like Garcia/Thurman & Jack/DeGale. They'd both want mad money. Plus Charlo can make a bigger payday vs GGG or Canelo.

When the swelling in his face goes down, give Jacobs a rebound fight vs someone like Andy Lee. Let Charlo establish himself at MW vs some soft ranked competition like Heiland. If Murata beats HNN, I'd favor Charlo over Murata in a hella-fun fight.

and.. he walked right through Brook with no respect. when you do that you're gonna get hit. but he was never hurt with anything. Jacobs never even moved him. GGG chin is scary good.
