The article reads like the June fight is in jeopardy, but I don't think it is - just DLH saying very publicly that he doesn't want it to happen. Loeffler isn't that much of a dummy that he will stop the June fight on a promise from DLH.

DLH's intentions are pretty transparant:
- stop GGG v Saunders in June on promise of Canelo fight
- find reason later on for Canelo v GGG not to happen
- make Canelo v Saunders for WBO belt instead

Loeffler, like him or hate him, isn't that ****** that he will let this happen.

The only thing that could stop a June fight would be if DLH puts something on the table contractually, which would require either Canelo v GGG to happen in September, else GBP to pay some sort of penalty, and the chances of that happening are remote.

What we will get is DLH making more and more noise; the June fight proceeding, then DLH saying 'you see, they went ahead with the June fight as they didn't want to fight Canelo'.

DLH is just fabricating his own defence for not making the Canelo fight in September by trying to put the 'duck' label on the Golovkin side.

The only obstacle to Golovkin fighting Saunders in June and then Canelo in Sept is DLH (or the reality that Saunders and/or Chavez could win their respective fights)
