It clearly says ppv and gate.

GGG net worth is now 35 mil.its not nearly as much as Canelo but GGG doesn't have to take s--t from anyone.on a side note,I'm no longer sure that GGG is going to beat Canelo.its starting to look like a really good fight

Hopefully G fights Saunders next and becomes undisputed... sick of the Ginger coward.
So in the biggest fight of his career against the #2 guy in the division he still did less buys than Canelo against a guy making his US debut (even with you stating a false low number)

              170,000 x 65 = 11,050,000

              11,050,000 x .45 = 4,972,500

              4,972,500 + 3,700,000 = 8,672,500

Note: 4,875,000 was paid out in purses for the main and co-main alone.
Leaving only 97,000 of PPV money to cover the rest of the card.

And of course we don't know how much of the live gate they actually netted- not sure MSG let them get the Garden for free.

And just how much did promotion cost? Didn't they do a 24/7?

Factor all these things in when you discuss the financials.

It doesn't include the legal online sales either (estimated at 20k additional buys for total of 190k ppv buys).

This is a bit misleading for some...
                170k × 65 = 11mill plus another 4 mill from gate.. = 15mil... that assuming 100% of ppvs were hd...
But that doesnt include the cable or network cut which will end up deducting around 6mill, and the undercard purses and site fees, etc... some fools here acting like those 15mill went to gggs or k2s pockets...

Jacobs has literally no fans in the US.. he doesnt even have any fans here on NSB. Jacobs did absolutely abysmal ratings in his "biggest" fight vs Quillin.

Canelos numbers werent even confirmed, how would you know he didnt do less than GGG? Even if he did slightly more, Canelo fights on the BIGGEST Mexican Holiday where every mexican/mexican american watches boxing.. imagine Canelo fighting on a regular date like GGG?

GGG competed with the NCAA tournament.

Canelo on a regular date would sell less PPV then GGG, thats practically confirmed.

Canelo is becoming more and more irrelevant anyway, he fought nobody in 2 years..he is about to face a punching bag that is nowhere ranked after beating a glass chinned lightweight. Whats your obsession for little ginger cowards anyway? You like them tiny balls to suck on?

None of this is based on reality

                      Edit: but because I'm bored...

Is Liam Smith more known in the US than Jacobs?

Since "on a regular date Canelo gets less viewers than Golovkin that practically confirmed" please do explain that

And what promoter scheduled Golovkin-Jacobs on that date?
