I actually felt both were a little too cautious. I'm a GGG fan and would love to see a rematch
#1 reason Golovkin fans don't want a Jacobs rematch.

Wait a minute.
Is this thread meant to be #1 reason fans don't want an IMMEDIATE rematch?
GGG fans - as well as any actual boxing fans - would be happy to see him fight Saunders to unify, or fight Canelo.
I think Jacobs has earned a rematch. My ideal scenario is for GGG to beat Saunders and unify. Then GGG to fight Canelo to get the whole lineal thing sorted in the fans minds.
Then Jacobs gets his rematch. Jacobs gets to fight for all the belts (provided he doesn't screw up his weight again).
You need to wind down on the GGG obsession. Hating so much is messing with your brain and making you less of a boxing fan, more of a soap opera fan.Comment

Oh so he signed to fight Saunders before Jacobs but Golovkin fans said he couldn't do that for Canelo?

"We want to see the rematch in 2,3,4,5,6 fights time."
Pathetic Golovkin fans enjoy mismatches.Comment

I don't mind a rematch. I wasn't that entertained by the fight...but besides Saunders and Canelo at middleweight, it's not a bad fight to make again. I certainly don't have any immediate urge to see it, but I also don't think Jacobs wants to be back in June in Kazakhstan anyway so we know it's not gonna be "next."
Jacobs should fight somebody solid and build hype for a rematch. I don't have any issue with Golovkin fighting Saunders next, the belt was always the plan, no surprise.Comment

I'd like to see a rematch only because I quite enjoyed first fight, not because it was controversial it wasn't.
But you get the impression the people desperate for ggg to rematch Jacobs are ward fans or Floyd fans trying to get revenge for people saying they want ward to give kov rematch.
I doubt the ward fans think Jacobs would do any better in rematchComment
