Sorry but it didn't "loose" it's relevance it was a knock down and a very clear one to see. A 10-8 round and a sequence that made Danny aware of getting trapped on the ropes.

Also the "neck" is as legal as the chin and most of that punch caught the jaw not the neck.
It all hurts for a second!

His forearm hit the back of Jacob's neck/traps at :18, that's what put him down, not the punch.

Punching the neck isn't illegal, behind the neck is but no the neck it's self is very legal, that's why trainers teach you to put your chin down
