It was his pro debut, and if you are going to speak, speak the truth....Buckley's record is 31-189-10. Not defending the record, it's still terrible...but there is too much misinformation thrown around on this site.Comment

Yeah and Brook fought a guy named Ernie Smith 3 times in his first 10 fights. First time he fought him, his 7th fight, his record was 11-80-3. His 3rd fight with Smith, 10th pro fight. his record was 13-97-5. Brook had a trilogy with a guy who finished his career at 13-145-5Comment

He's been a pro for 13 damn years, and his biggest win was over 2 years ago. His most notable fight, which was last year, was a fight he got stopped in the 5th round.
So let me get this straight: Errol Spence gets hated on, and he's taking on a top 3 fighter at his weight who also happens to be a champion, and he's doing it in only his 4th year...meanwhile, it took kell brook 10 1/2 years into a 13 year career to accomplish that same feat...and another 2 years after that to fight someone else noteworthy.
But Spence is overhyped?
Brooks has just as much to prove in this fight as Errol does, because what he's selling, I'm not buying.Comment

Those were his stats when he fought Kell Brook yes,i didn't think it would be that important sings that's also pretty pathetic, doesn't make it betterComment

Brook's resume is filled with Euro bums. Been a pro for 13 years and has 1 credible win. Well 2 if you count the great Mathew Hatton. Brook and his team shouldn't be comparing resumes at 21 fights. Cause Brook fought a grueling trilogy against the great Ernie Smith, who was 11-80-3 the first time they fought and finished his career with a record of 13-145-5. Brits called this guy great and elite for fighting bums and have the nerve to call Wilder a bum killer.Comment

Brook will be Errol's first champion, but Brook still hasn't proved much for a guy that's been fighting for 13 years!
August 18, 2014:
Brook won a majority decision over Shawn Porter on Saturday night, claiming Porter's IBF 147-pound title...
Brook won 117-111 and 116-112 on two American judges' cards, while English judge Dave Parris scored it a 114-114 draw. The Associated Press saw it 115-113 for Brook...
But the star was Brook, who had been waiting nearly two years for his shot at the IBF belt. Three bouts against former champion Devon Alexander fell through before he received the mandatory title shot at Porter, who beat Alexander last year.
