    Golovkin's 'Knockdown' Wasn't A Knockdown

F'n idiots. What a joke. That very obviously wasn't a true knockdown; The punch wasn't what sent Jacobs to the canvas, GGG stumbling into him and making him lose his balance was. It's pretty easy to tell when you re-watch it.

Roy Jones called it a flash knockdown. He got back up at the count of 2 and didn't seem hurt. It was a fair knockdown, but Jacobs has a good chin and showed it will take a lot more than that to keep him down.

Did you watch the replay in slow motion? Golovkin got 2 hard punches in and Jacobs grabbed him on the way down. He was definitely both knocked down and hurt.

Golovkin leaning into him did have an impact, but it was the punches that done it. Clean knockdown.

Flash knockdown sounds like a good way to put it . Jacob's wasn't hurt but definitely went down as a result of the punch .

lol No he didn't, and no he wasn't. That was a slip if I ever saw one.

You can easily tell it was a slip that caused the fall, not the punch (of which I only saw one.)

He definitely didn't. He ate the punch well (easy to tell in slow mo), but then Golovkin charging in caused him to lose balance and briefly hit the canvas.
