Comments Thread For: Vitali Klitschko: Joshua's Muscles Won't Help Him With Wladimir

It is boxing brain over brawn for Vitali Klitschko, who believes brother Wladimir's tactics inside the ring will upstage the muscular physique of Anthony Joshua. Joshua, 27, will defend his IBF heavyweight title against former linear champion Wladimir Klitschko in front of 90,000 spectators at Wembley on April 29. The vacant WBA, IBO belts will also be at stake.

I don't know who will win but I know that Joshua isn't just a sack of muscles. The guy trains like a lunatic and is a freak athlete - he's not just super strong he's very flexible, very fast and very agile. Will be an interesting fight.

Vitali seems to be the one talking of muscles. AJ is faster and has the youth to keep his stamina going. Wlad wins this if he can consistently keep Joshua on the outside and bring back his jab from the Haye fight but I don't see that happening.

Experience will not help when your 41 and your reflexes are slower than whats coming towards you...joshua has been silent since the start of his camp and that spells big trouble for wk....joshua will be quicker , punch harder , will be hungrier and with 90k supporters baying for ukranian blood ...i wouldn't want to be klitchcko thats for sure....still Have that vision of bryant jennings chasing klitchcko around the ring....different ballgame having AJ coming at you in that ring.....WK is in for a rude awakening

Klitchko moves like both feet are stuck in cement and now he's 41! His longevity has more to do with the crappy heavyweight division up until now. I believe this could be a slaughter and is more a retirement check for Klitchko

This will most likely be on regular Showtime.

                  Stop it

AJ is 6'6 and can't even dunk a basketball.....on the run.

He's not much of an athlete.
