Thanks Rock'N. And as far as Russ, Russ trained accomplished fighters like Otis and Howard Grant, as well as Hercules Kyvelos, since they began boxing as kids. He had Otis at #2 and Howard at #1 in the world as amateurs, Otis won the WBO title as a pro and Russ also had FOUR of his boxers make Olympic teams (Howard, Herc, John Kellman and Ron Donaldson). Russ is as knowledgeable as anybody you could meet.
