Jacobs is a nice guy. Everyone loves his "miracle man" story and he's an excellent fighter. Fact is Golovkin barely broke a sweat beating him. It was unexciting bout because styles make fights and Jacobs "finesse" style was clearly flawed. Jacobs survived 12 rounds with Golovkin and at the end of the fight he showed the wear for it. Jacobs should be proud he hung in there but Brook actually had a bit more success at least until he was beaten down enough for his corner to throw in the towel. Props to Jacobs but Golovkin is still the man to beat in the division. Saunders/Golovkin next to unify the MW division and then Canelo if GBP doesn't try to wiggle out of it. Looking forward.
