Solid matchup here. We'll see if Orozco can comeback from losing to a mediocre club fighter in his last fight where he was given an obvious gift.

Pressure is on both fighters. For Orozco after a successful 2015 he followed it up with a disastrous 2016. He came very close losing his last fight and the Maldanado fight fell through after complications making weight.

For Gibson this is a big step up fight and an opportunity that he's been waiting for. It's time for him to prove he's not a prospect but a serious contender.

This is a 50/50 fight. Winner gets a big fight next.

If orozco stays active and wins, 3-4 fights a year, I can see him as even game with any of the top 10 guys. But activity is key.
