I think it hurts Joshua more than it helps Klitschko. Although idk that Joshua would ruin his legacy with a L or Klitschko would drastically improve his legacy with a W. Klitschko's place in history is pretty defined already and Joshua losing to a guy with such a place in history would largely be chalked up to a too soon type situation as Klitschko is a huge class jump for him despite Klitschko's age + last performance.

I think it would probably propel Klitschko into much higher status.
People in 5 years would remember only his early explosive KO reign and this fight.
He would probably start to sneakily appear in HW top 10 all time lists.
