Damn would be a great fight if it actually gets made.

Personally as a Beterbiev fan I would prefer he fight Stevenson or Kovalev first because I'd pick him to beat them, where as I think I would be rooting for him vs Ward but not be surprised if he loses a clear decision. Styles make fights.

No matter what I'm ready for him to get his step up fight, he is a beast and is my favorite LHW currently

What makes it a great fight is the danger Beterbeiv presents. We all know is power, but watch his last fight to see great use of offensive footwork, timing, and great accuracy.

Regarding the 2nd part, I haven't called him "special" yet because he's not faced top comp. But, as I said, he's clearly dangerous and the technician vs the ko artist is one of my favourite stylistic match-ups.

Beterbiev will find it difficult enough even to find an opponent for a stay busy fight in May while he waits for his title shot. No one wants anything to do with this guy, he is seriously a KO machine! How many fighters have ducked him now? Barrera is just the latest in a long line.

LOL Ward is like f#ck boxing.

I'll be shocked if he back to back faces Kovalev & Beterbiev. And if Beterbiev touches him like Kovalev touched him its over. Respect if he does fight them back to back & beats them both doe. Should be interesting to see how this all pans out. I imagine whatever happens Ward will be crying to interviewers for months & months.

Let's not count our chickens before they hatch. Ward might not beat Kovalev in a rematch. In that case Kovalev-Beterbiev would also be an excellent fight.

IDK if I care about Stevenson right now. What has he done lately? And of all the fights he could make why a voluntary with Sean Monaghan??

the point is, the Beterbiev fight needs to be bigger

Ward/Kovalev..... Stevenson/Beterbiev..... with the winners facing off, would be OK

I think Beterbiev needs a couple more high profile fights, and I want Ward to fight Stevenson after the Kovalev rematch

I would much prefer Stevenson over Beterbiev, that is a much bigger fight..... problem is, what 2 fighters should Beterbiev face whilst he waits for Ward to contend with Kovalev and then Stevenson?

maybe Ward should fight Beterbiev after Kovalev, but I think that AB is too raw for Ward at this stage, and I much prefer Stevenson next

either way, Ward's dance-card is full..... good stuff

Here goes Haymon's b*tch with his half truths and lies. Stevenson ran away to Showtime to avoid Kovalev you moron. That says it all, when the fight was easiest to make your boy tucked tail and ran. What nobody is he scheduled to fight next? He is even avoiding Alvarez, the guy is a joke much like yourself.
