In every weight division of boxing, by modern standards, who are some of the shortest boxers in their respective divisions relative to the average height of the divisions they competed in?
Another way to put it is, what is the greatest height to weight ratio of boxers (shortest boxers competing at the heaviest weight divisions)?
For example, at heavyweight, the shortest boxers that have ever competed are:
1) Mike Tyson (5'10)
2) David Tua (5'10)
3) James Toney (5'9)
4) Dwight Muhammad Qawi (5'6)
BTW, remember I'm going by modern standards of weight divisions. There was a time when middleweight boxing by modern standards was considered heavyweight in the past, but not anymore. So boxers in the past, unless they fulfill the modern criteria of a weight class, they don't count. So a boxer below 200 pounds can't be considered a heavyweight for example.
