    I did yours yesterday

your bold statement on the other thread "Golovkin was never gonna knock out Jacobs" interested me.....

I only went back 2 weeks, just prior to the fight

didn't feel motivated enough to go back any further

I never saw you make that prediction before the fight, I bet you didn't..... but, I never saw you contradict it either

you either played it smart or you kept it real..... props, either way

      he just got caught

I don't think he saw that punch coming from memory

      it happens

They only complain about weight when is suits them. Where was all these complains when Floyd was being out weighed by 15-20 lbs. What about Manny? Or were ppl making a big deal about Lemiuex last week doing the same. How about Crawford coming in at 154 for his fights or Peterson coming in at 165 for Danny Garcia. Jacobs made the weight for the official weigh in and chose not to fight for the IBF title. It's only when Loma or GGG opponenets come in bigger that people complain.

Dude Jacobs got hit flush with Golovkin's power punch and got right back into the trenches right away and was firing back less than 5 seconds later, that to me doesn't show he's chinny. The knockdown is the same way he usually goes down for being out of position and getting caught. How much did the extra weight help? Who knows but my money is on Jacobs against anyone else at 160 these days. He definitely made a fan out of me.

            it is fkn pathetic

it was a couple of pounds..... each division has range, it is common as hell for 1 guy to be slightly larger than the other guy..... who fkn cares?

Golovkin ran around for FOUR YEARS talking about 168, calling out Froch/Chavez in the process..... but now a couple of pounds makes a difference, even at middleweight?

if that is true, then how the hell was Golovkin gonna handle Ward

making out like Jacobs is a monster, is a blatant admission that Golovkin is not who they said he was

You don't see other fighters doing that...
It has nothing to do with the 23 ko streak or any of that. The fact of the matter is Able was adamant that GGG was going to KO Jacobs by round 6. In just about every interview leading up to the fight when talking about Jacobs, he kept stating it doesn't matter what he does GGG stops him within 6. So kudos for the KO streak but it's still funny how Able has changed his tune after everything he said.

exactly, and what did Sanchez say yesterday..... ?

" Golovkin is not slipping, his opposition is getting better "

supporting Golovkin is a fool's errand, seriously

they are marketing Golovkin based on a KO streak which Sanchez admits only exists because they have not been fighting top competition

that is the very definition of hype

Canelo beats Golovkin, so does Jacobs in the rematch

Ward would have thoroughly dominated him

Been saying for the last 2 years that Abel Sanchez does need to STFU! Putting way too much ADDED Pressure on his fighter!
