The ggg fans lump all of it in together which is the problem. Look at NSB-if someone criticizes ggg the ggg fans will automatically ask if or imply that the poster is black or hispanic and therefore hates him.

NSB posters, particularly GGG fans, have called certaun champions bums for years. While I understand your point, why does this have to stop now that its GGG?

    Is that fair?
Although alot of it was before my time here I take your point about other fighters getting the same treatment. I hate it when I here any fighters called bums and cowards. I've done a bit of boxing and mma myself and fighters are a different breed, risking their lives short and long term. Some of the names these fools make up are so cringy. Close fights and disagreements have always been around in boxing, but the level of pettiness on some of these sites is unbelievable. The standards they expect these guys to live up to. They genuinely believe you've got to be superman or your garbage. You can't even have a bad performance. The MMA fans are far more forgiving and respectful in general to the fighters. It's a shame.

Yeah, its a shame MMA fans are more gracious.

I didn't think this was a robbery. I dont think if GGG fights BJS next that he is ducking. I dont think he got exposed or any of the other crap you see here.

I think he stepped up in comp and had a tough, close fight with a bigger man. That has happened to hundreds of fighters, even guys I am big fans of like Floyd when he fought Castillo.

Its EXTREMELY annoying to see all the BS. However, being honest, part of me sees no reason why GGG fans shouldn't be subjected to all the stuff they gave out years before.

I'm hoping if he lands those Canelo/Saunders fights he rematches Jacobs. And I think he has to.

Nobody hates Golovkin (The fighter)... It's his chit head FanBoiz that ruin a fighter's rep & make the boxing fan turn on who the casual fan likes. (Check Manny Pacquiao for reference)

I suppose some people see it as tit for tat. Since I've never been a hater of any boxer it just seems unnecessary. It's like people really can't fathom that we all see things differently. Surely real fans can appreciate Floyd and Golovkin. My favourite fighter was Mike Tyson, but I still appreciated Pernell Whitaker. I guess some people don't like Golovkin, but the coward tag is pretty maddening. I don't think Alvarez or Floyd are cowards either. I don't think the guys fighting in four rounders are. I don't think a fan would call a fighter a coward. So why are they on here if they don't appreciate fighters courage and the dangers they face?

The real question is if Canelo beats GGG would he still be hated?

                  I honestly believe he will.

People don't hate GGG more than they hate Canelo.

I think GGG fans are missing the point of the GGG hate though. It never revolved around beating Canelo.

I have never seen hate for a boxer on this forum equal to the GGG hatred since I joined in 2008. They only thing that will satisfy the serious haters is for GGG to get KOed. Some guys even joined for the sole purpose of trashing GGG. RoboCop starts an average of 5 threads a day trashing GGG. They never talk about any other boxer.
War Mikey was an inmate. He has made terrible choices in life. His opinion should have zero clout on these forums
