How much did jacobs weigh on fight night

He skipped the weigh in (huge disrespect toward the sport)

I can only imagine if it were the other way around what certain
    Posters would say .

Jacobs looked to be about 180 pounds imo. Give or take 2 pounds

No one knows because he didn't weigh in. If you are a ggg fan or HBO employee I'm sure you will come up with a ridiculous suggestion north of 175 to justify why a fight with an 8-1 underdog was so close.

I'd guess around 175-178. Maximum 180 but even that might be a stretch

Let's not get too Amir Khan and suggest he put on 35lbs over night but it was obviously a significant amount due to the missed weigh in.

How was missing the IBF weigh-in disrespect towards the sport? Are all the fighters not fighting for IBF disrespecting the sport when the don't weigh-in the day of the fight?

You'd have to be an imbecile to think he wasn't north of 175. He didn't even try to make 170 the day of the fight.
