He kept saying in this interview that he "needs" a decision basically saying he was ok with letting it go the full 12.

Also, he's trying to say that he can't "destroy" everyone and that Jacobs was just too big and strong to be KO'd.

Oh I see. Well I can at least give him credit for speaking in English however; Even though it's not that good. It takes a lot of courage on his part to do that because for the exceptions: Of Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto and Juan Manuel Marquez most non-American fighters are too embarrassed to speak in English. The guy just went through 12 grueling rounds, and you expect him to be eloquent in front of a microphone? I never understood that aspect of the post-fight interview. Two guys just beat the snot out of one another and are emotionally charged and you expect them to be coherent and answer dumb obvious questions. Had Golovkin told the truth, that Jacobs was very big and heavy, boxed well, and that he sc****d out a win against a cruiserweight that night, he would still be scalded by the haters.
