Comments Thread For: David Haye: Mission To Get Title Still The Same - I'm a Warrior!

Former two division world champion David Haye (28-3, 26 KOs) is fully focused on return to the ring by the end of the year, with the heavyweight world title being his target. Haye suffered a huge setback earlier this month at the O2 Arena in London, when he was stopped in eleven rounds by huge underdog Tony Bellew, who was moving up from the cruiserweight division.

Only trouble is David after he heals will probably want a straight title shot and he will find this kind of mindset gets little support.
I don't like the fact that a boxer thinks that after a bad loss and in some cases(Amir Khan) a knockout loss it gives them the right to demand a title shot or a big money fight when it's still to prove they are capable. If Dave proves himself against a top contender after a sensible warm up then he'll have my support.

Give it up David, you're never becoming a champ again.

I bashed him endlessly for being a shyster but he's so done that he's now an underdog. And, I love underdogs, so I might give him another chance.

All he will do from now on is nick paydays because Mr Haye is a has-been BUM.

              Haye badly needs that £££$$$$$.

I do not believe in David. There are still enough forces on the bags, but they are unlikely to be on the top fighters.

I think that Haye's next PPV should be a bisexual **** show with Yousef Mack.

Yeah! You're a warrior. When I saw you fight Klitchko you reminded me of a movie I once saw. THE RUNNING MAN
