I agree. He looks less cut also no ****. Just seems sluggish if you go back and watch the stevens or murray fight he just looked faster and more explosive. But then again its stevenes and murray so hard to tell if hes just fighting better guys. I do think by the eye test though there is a slight decline from what he was like.

no, look at how big jacobs was for crying out loud!! not to mention jacobs was very mobile throughout the whole fight. ggg is known as a heavy puncher but he cant take ko everyone all the time. i thought his defense looks amazing in this fight. jacobs is not a bum like how some posters on here was trying to make him out to be. imo, jacobs beats canelo.

Yes. At this point every fighter has declined. Only Mayweather seemed like he didn't decline. The only time he showed visibly slippage was vs Berto and I'm assuming he just saw Berto as so low level that he didn't do his usual juicing and training.

yeah, looks slower than he used to. maybe hes loading up on punches too much now though, rather than it being a physical decline, hard to tell.
