GGG got a gift against Jacobs but that fight has no bearing on the outcome of the GGG - CANELO fight. Jacobs is bigger, has more power, can box better and has good movement. He is way better than Canelo and the best 160 lbs fighter right now. A Canelo vs GGG fight will be good but I don't see Canelo beating GGG.

Alvarez's not an idiot though; business will come first, and he's still not going to split his entire event with Golovkin/K2 (unless Golovkin-Jacobs ended up doing 500k PPV buys, and even then he likely doesn't split his event.
