Still in Top3. Got cut by a headbutt early, was dominated physically, and still managed to put a hurting on his opponent, dazing him multiple times and landing 150 punches more.

If anything, Roman proved that he's one tough mofo.

This even now he's never fought an elite opponent even after being beaten imagine what rigondeaux would do to him, caudras and estrada both beat him also and they are mexican schooled boxers not skilled technicians either, i feel sorry for those brainwashed by hbo

Gallo is back on track and rising, sadly the same can't be said for Roman. A loss was inevitable, especially since his last string of fights have been pointing at it.

I hope Sor Rungvisai takes on Cuadras first and makes Roman wait his turn. a little dose of his own medicine when it comes to rematches.

Well hey its a perfect time to get the rematch out the way, but 'La Gallina' is sitting pretty with his silver belt awaiting the winner of Rungvisai vs. Cuadras ; does he dare take Gonzalez and risk that?

Roman was awkwardly thrust like 4-5 spots up the p4p ranks when Flody retired, to prevent 6'6" 240 lb Wladimir Klitschko (at the time #2 behind Floyd) from becoming p4p king, which would have made the p4p list pointless.

People seem to forget this. He didn't really climb there or pry it away from anyone. He was inserted.

              conclusion: p4p lists are dumb.

Haha, the speed in which the terrain shifts in boxing is hilarious. La Gallina? Careful, Roman' s faded ass needs every fighter he turned down in order for some decent paydays.

I swear.... you can't make this stuff up

Gonzalez is THE #1. contender at Jr. Bantam weight and you know nobody is above him so these guys are going to have to see him based off the rankings alone -- they are not going to get rid of 'Chocolatito' and they know what type of WAR comes with that! they not ready.
