jacobs had a great strategy. dont take any risks and hope for a close win on the cards. unfortunately it didnt happen as the judges scored quality punches over shoeshining but it was worth a shot. it could have went his way if the judges hadnt been paying attention. this was really his only way at winning. if he had tried to land clean shots he would have put himself in the line of fire which he couldnt take.

I had GGG 7-5 but I can imagine people giving more rounds to Jacobs. Jacobs tried to win the last 20 seconds of each round and that impressed some people.

Crazy close fight which was even on my card going into the final round.

Excellent strategy and execution from Jacobs. GG looked very limited at times but built up a good early lead behind his jab and with the KD aswell. Far too much headhunting from Golovkin. Jacobs came back and was doing very well in exchanges and was landing the cleaner shots for much of the second half of the bout.

That version of Jacobs is a problem. Great guy too.

That's because compubox was fixed in favour of triple gift. There is no way triple gift out landed by that wide margin. Compubox is just two paid off idiots who press buttons to fit whatever narrative HBO wants to portray.
