    Madison Square Garden, New York City - In a battle of big punchers, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (42-4-1, 38 KOs) won a twelve round majority decision over Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (46-1, 38 KOs) to capture the WBC super flyweight title. Gonzalez was down in the first round. The scores were 113-113 for a draw, 114-112, 114-112.
